Our Story
Sacred Essentials is a wellness brand rooted in healing through holistic and alternative treatments, focused on bringing balance and clarity into our everyday lives.
Born in the late 90s from two friends, Sue and Linda, seeking balance through energy work, Sacred Essentials combines our respect for alternative and unusual treatments with our appreciation for the natural healing.
When Linda started training to become a Shiatsu Practitioner — a form of bodywork that helps to move energy through the body in a gentle way — a woman introduced us to ear cones as a part of her practice. We were instantly fascinated and fell in love with this method of treating sinus congestion and overall balancing of the body.
This fascination led us to Sedona, Arizona to learn the art of rolling cones. We fashion every cone the way she taught us, leading to some of the best ear cones on the market (in our humble opinion!).
We carefully selected each essential oil to infuse our cones with to create a holistic, balanced healing experience.

As with many forms of natural treatments, there isn’t always a huge support in a method that is not used by the medical profession.
We fully respect the medical profession and all the advancements that have come to be. We also respect and believe we can benefit in great ways by staying in touch with what nature and the wisdom of past generations have to offer us.
This is an ancient treatment, much like one would use hot steam with eucalyptus for congestion, or chicken soup for colds, or aloe for ulcers. The remedies are endless and used for centuries. We believe some things just work and do no harm.
